Real AI for real businesses.
Get your team two days a week back.
Your best people are buried in work a system should do — research drafts, document intake, client comms, casework. We build the AI that takes it off their plate. Wired into your stack. Owned by your team. Live in six weeks.

The proof
What it looks like when this actually works.
Real teams. Real workflows. Numbers verified inside the client’s own dashboard — not ours. Names withheld under NDA.
~22 hrs / wk / analyst
A mid-market asset manager cut first-draft note time across its coverage team.
70% time saved per cycle
A wealth advisory firm automated branded review-deck assembly across hundreds of household accounts.
If this sounds like your business
If your team’s week is run by workflow, you’re in the right place.
These are the industries we’ve shipped in or are taking design partners for. Don’t see yours? The workflow categories below cut across all of them — start there.
The work that’s eating your week
Find the work draining your team. We’ve already built it for someone like you.
Pick the category that drains your team’s week — it doesn’t matter what industry you’re in. We’ve shipped 8. Another 38 are in build with design partners right now.
Your three steps to two days back
From the workflow draining you — to a working system — in six weeks.
Three steps. One fixed engagement. No slideware, no pilot purgatory, no junior consultant rotating in.
Diagnose
We sit beside your team for one to two weeks, time the work honestly, and show you — in writing — where AI buys back the most hours. You see the math before you commit to a build.
Build
A senior engineer embeds with your team and ships the workflow as a working system — inside your stack, inside your controls. By week six, real users are using it on real work.
Operate
We tune it, monitor it, and hand the keys to your team. Stay with us for the safety net. Run it yourself the moment you don't need one. Either way, you own the code.
What you don’t get from us
Four things you’d get from anyone else. You won’t get them here.
The AI consulting market is full of decks that never become systems and pilots that never become production. We were built for the buyers tired of both.
You will not get a deck.
We don't bill for slides. Every engagement ends with a system your team logs into on Monday morning.
You will not be locked to a model.
We don't sell OpenAI, or Anthropic, or Google. We pick the model that wins on your workflow — and re-pick it when something better ships next quarter. It runs inside your tenant, not ours.
You will not get a black box.
Your engineers get the code, the runbook, and the dashboards on day one. The day we leave, nothing stops working.
You will not be sold what doesn't work.
We scope every engagement to a workflow we can time before and after. If the numbers don't move, neither does the invoice.
NDA on the first call. Yours or ours.
Your data never leaves your cloud. Nobody trains a model on it. Ever.
Your team owns the code from the first commit.
Questions
What buyers ask before they book.
What if we don't even know which workflow to start with?
That's exactly what Diagnose is for. We sit with your team for one to two weeks, time the work, and surface the workflows with the biggest hours-back. You see the math — in writing — before you commit a rupee to Build.
Where will our data actually live?
Inside your cloud, inside your tenant. We do not train general-purpose models on it. Where the model provider offers zero-retention endpoints, we use them. Your security team gets the architecture diagram before we touch a thing.
What happens when the six weeks are up?
You own the code, the runbook, and the dashboards. Operate is optional — we tune, monitor, and iterate weekly — but it's never a lock-in. Plenty of clients run the system themselves the day we hand it over.
Do we need to hire engineers to keep this running?
If the workflow is simple, no. If you want to extend it, yes. We write the system the way your existing ops team can read it. Operate covers the gap until you're ready to staff it.
Which industries are you actually live in today?
Financial services has systems in production. The other eight industries on the site are roadmap, with design partners. If yours is one of them, you can come in at design-partner rates in exchange for a case study.
What's this going to cost us?
Design partners are $250 all-in, in exchange for a case study and a tight feedback loop. Standard engagements run $2,500 to $20,000 depending on workflow scope. The number is locked at the end of Diagnose — so it reflects your actual workflow, not a guess from a sales call.
What if Diagnose says you can't help us?
We say so, in writing, and we close the file. The Diagnose fee covers the time either way. We'd rather lose a Build engagement than ship a system that doesn't move the metric — that's the entire premise of the company.
Why work with a team this small?
Because the person scoping it is the person shipping it. No implementation handoff. No junior consultant rotated in halfway through. If you want a logo on the slide, this isn't us. If you want the system to ship, it is.
What you’re getting underneath
We don’t pick favorites. We pick what wins on your workflow.
Frontier models. Cloud infrastructure. Open weights. We’re loyal to your outcome — not to any one vendor’s roadmap.

The next step
Tell us the workflow that's eating your week.
Pick the workflow your team dreads most. We’ll tell you — in writing, in 30 minutes — whether AI can shorten it, and by how much. If it can’t, we’ll say so. That's the whole point.
